Apply signature when the first email is sent and remove it from the email conversations when subsequent email is sent
The option Apply signature when the first email is sent and remove it from the email conversation when subsequent email is sent appends an email signature only to the first email. For subsequent mail conversations and replies from the same email thread, the email signature of the sender added in the first conversation is removed. Irrespective of the conditions that are setup under Signature Rules, subsequent messages will have no signatures added using this option.
As illustrated in the screenshot below, the email signature is added to the very first email (#email1) from the sender. In the subsequent email (#email2) from the same sender, the email signature added under the first conversation is removed.
