Apply signature to every email, but remove its previous occurrences in the email conversations
The option Apply signature to every email, but remove its previous occurrences in the email conversation appends an email signature to every conversation and removes all the previous occurrences of the signatures of the sender in the email thread. For example, an email signature is added to the very first email in the conversation. In the subsequent reply thread, the email signature added under the first conversation (previous instance) is removed and a new signature is appended under the newly composed reply conversation. In the next reply, the signature added under the first reply thread is removed and appended under the second new reply and so on. Email signatures are added according to the conditions determined by the rules. If none of the available rules are applicable to an email then no signature will be added to that email.
As shown in the screenshot below, the email signature is appended for the very first email (#email1) sent by the sender. For the subsequent email (#email2) from the same sender, the signature under the first email (#email 1 which is a previous occurrence) is removed and a new signature is added under the second email (#email2)
