View License Usage
The license is counted based on how many senders (email addresses) are sending emails through Sigsync service. Every new sender that sends email through Sigsync server during a billing cycle will cost one license. After each billing cycle, license used count will be reset to 0.
Follow the below steps to check the license usage count:
- Login to Sigsync Dashboard
- Select the 'Subscriptions' tab and click the 'License Usage' tab.
- Select the tenant , year and click ‘View Mailboxes’ for the respective month as shown in the below screenshot
- Now, the list of mailboxes will be displayed with the license used count.
