Settings
Customize Sigsync service to your needs by changing options as required in Settings. These settings make the whole signature adding and managing seamless across platforms and make life easier.
Make admin – Add users to manage a tenant’s signature(s) settings.
Add Global Admin – Add a global admin user to manage signatures for all the tenants.
Force HTML Signature – Change email format to enable HTML signature.
Email layout – Defines where to add signature in reply or forward emails.
Remove signature added by email – Add phrase(s) of mobile signatures used by users to be replaced with Sigsync signature from email.
Enable Sigsync Outlook Add-in – Preview signature that will be added in server side while creating email before email is sent.
Enable Email Signature in Sent Items Folder – Adds signature to emails in sent folder. This makes sent email in sent items folder to be identical as receiver’s received email.
Update Users AD attributes – This will force refresh users AD attributes cache.
Processing Secure Messages – Encrypted emails can be either sent as it is without adding signature or original encrypted email can be added as attachment in new email with message provided in ‘Set body text’ and signature below the message.
