Signature under the latest reply
Email conversations for forward and reply mails can become very lengthy for back and forth communications. When a signature is placed at the end of the email conversation, it becomes barely visible and goes out of sight for long conversation chains. For important correspondence essential information might therefore be lost. To avoid such a situation, Sigsync can append an email signature right under the latest reply or forward mail so that the email signature always appears at the top of the email chain
Choose Signature under the latest reply option if you want the signature to appear right after the end of the current email body as shown below. Click on the Save Changes button in Preferences.
