Does Sigsync service get affected by changing the global admin’s credentials?
Suppose you have changed the global admin account credentials used for Office 365 tenant registration. Does this affect Sigsync Email Signature service?
If the User principal Name or the display name of the admin account is changed, then it will not affect the Sigsync configuration and work as usual.
If you change the password of the global admin account, it does not affect Sigsync configuration.
If you have changed any Active Directory attributes, then you need to Sync AD attributes under 'Settings' for the specific Tenant by clicking on the button 'Sync AD Changes Now' as shown in the below screenshot.
