How to resolve when a signature is added in the wrong place in an email?
The signature is inserted in the wrong place inside the body of the email message. For example, your signature is inserted at the end of an email discussion instead of directly beneath your latest response.
Resolution:
In most cases, the wrong position of inserted signatures is caused by your email client's use of non-standard reply separators. If a table or horizontal line appears within the mail body, Sigsync may recognize it as an email separator. To avoid problems with misplaced signatures, we recommend avoiding horizontal lines in emails.

Every email client has a distinct reply separator while forwarding or replying to a message. This separator is used by the Sigsync to identify and insert a signature directly beneath the reply. If no separator is found, the signature will be appended to the bottom of the email. The majority of the standard response separators are recognized by the Sigsync software. However, reply separators may be formatted differently or not included on some mobile devices or email clients. As a result, a signature is inserted in the wrong place.
Check the signature placement settings in Sigsync

Signature Position
This option in Sigsync 'Settings' allows you to specify the location of the signature to be appended in the chain of emails which are reply or forward emails containing previous email conversations.
Signature under the latest reply – Choose this option if you want the signature to appear right after the end of the current email body as shown below. Click on the Save Changes button to save.
Signature at the very bottom – Choose this option if you want the signature to appear after all the email body including previous email body as shown below. Click on the Save Changes button to save.
