How to configure a Sigsync domain in Office 365?
Once the Office 365 tenant is added to Sigsync service, a new domain i.e [unique_id].sigsync.com is added to the Office 365 tenant but its status is shown as an Incomplete setup as illustrated in the screenshot below.
Resolution:
Following the addition of a tenant to Sigsync service, a new domain will be created in the Office 365 domain to improve email security and mail flow functionality. The status may show Incomplete setup or other similar messages, but the tenant is successfully configured in Sigsync and works properly without interfering with the mail flow. You can safely disregard this domain status.
