Apply signature to every email
The option Apply signature to every email appends an email signature to all outgoing emails based on the signature template selected under signature rules. An email signature is added to every conversation that matches the conditions present in the rules. If none of the available rules are applicable to an email, then no signature will be added to that conversation.
As illustrated in the screenshot below, an email signature is added to every email (#email1 and #email2) sent from the sender in the email conversation.
