Sigsync Signatures Add-in for Outlook inserts company wide signatures as users compose an email directly in Outlook. You can easily deploy the Sigsync Signatures Add-in to every Office 365 user and it works in Outlook and OWA on any device.
If you open the add-in in Outlook and it shows a notification as Signature preview is missing, then it most likely means that Sigsync Email Signatures for Office 365 is not yet configured in your Office 365 organization. You can contact your organization's administrator and provide them this link: User manual.
